Calling Out Bad Websites

A Place To Vent When IT Support Does Not Exist

As a full stack developer I have a pretty good understanding of how websites run both on the front end and server side. So when I see simple in page errors I have the power to make a simple edit and be on my way. Unfortunately this is not an option for most. When I come across these bugs I do my best to contact a bug bounty or at the very least their customer service so they can fix this. The sad reality is that most companies either ignore or just make it impossible to report or get help.

This is why I am making a series of publications dedicated to calling out the examples in the hopes that:

  1. You have a place to vent your frustration
  2. Maybe the site owner will see it and make a fix

I have a few nice examples to start with but I invite anyone who is facing this annoyance to join me!
